Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you trained and ready — and we know plans change. Here's how cancellations and refunds work for classes booked through Rescue Ready Academy.
Full refund — 48+ hours before class. Cancel at least 48 hours before your class's scheduled start time and we'll refund your payment in full to your original payment method.
Within 48 hours of class. Inside the 48-hour window your payment is non-refundable — class sizes and instructor schedules are locked in by then. You're not stuck, though. You can either:
- Reschedule to another available class date at no extra charge, or
- Send someone in your place — just give us their name before class.
No-shows. If you don't attend and haven't contacted us, the class is non-refundable and can't be rescheduled.
If we cancel or reschedule. If Rescue Ready Academy cancels or moves a class, you choose: a full refund, or a free transfer to another date.
Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to your original card and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
